Pitching Session – Step Forward With Your Idea !

Do you have an innovative idea, want to showcase your organization, find new partners, or build a consortium?

Join us and present it at the event  Energy Efficient Buildings & New European Bauhaus – Brokerage and Study Visit  (on 11.03.2026)

During our pitching session  you will have the opportunity to present yourself to European industry leaders and establish valuable connections that may grow into real Horizon Europe projects. It’s the perfect moment to share your vision, inspire others, and open the door to international collaboration.

Please submit your presentation in accordance with the requirements outlined below (online presentation is not  possible)

• Presentation time - max. 3-4 minutes
• Presentation in .ppt ONLY (do not send PDF)
• The presentation (3 slides) should be prepared according to the template
• The organizer reserves the right to select the submitted presentations in terms of the project idea and link it to the theme of the event.

Please send your presentation in English by March 5^th 2026, 12 PM to the email address: bpkenergia@wit.lukasiewicz.gov.pl In the subject of the message, please write: "Study visit - pitching presentation" and add the name of the organization.

By March 6^th 2026, you will receive confirmation of participation in the pitching session with an indication of the presentation time.

ATTENTION:

Those who registered for the matchmaking and will deliver a pitch presentation can apply for NCP_WIDERA.NET travel grants. The aim of this initiative is to foster new working contacts between potential coordinators and partners fro widening countries, and to increase their participation in HE. Successful applicants may receive up to EURO 1, 000 to cover travel and accomodation costs.

Applications must be submitted via the relevant country-level organisations and are subject to the availability of funds.
