Participants who want to share a project idea, present an organization, find a partner or create a consortium will have the opportunity to do so during pitching session.

• The organizer reserves the right to select the submitted presentations in terms of the project idea and link it to the theme of the event.

In the subject of the message, please write: "Study visit - pitching presentation" and add the name of the organization.

By March 6^th 2026, you will receive confirmation of participation in the pitching session with an indication of the presentation time.

ATTENTION:

Those who registered for the matchmaking and will deliver a pitch presentation can apply for NCP_WIDERA.NET travel grants. The aim of this initiative is to foster new working contacts between potential coordinators and partners fro widening countries, and to increase their participation in HE. Successful applicants may receive up to EURO 1, 000 to cover travel and accomodation costs.

Applications must be submitted via the relevant country-level organisations and are subject to the availability of funds.
