ModulLine V

ModulLine V is a standardized modular house with a built-up area of 41.6 m², designed for comfortable living for one or two people. Developed as a serial production model, it combines efficient manufacturing, high quality, and short delivery times. With its practical one-bedroom (2+kk) layout, it is ideal for both holiday use and year-round living.

The house consists of two prefabricated steel modules manufactured using a new structural steel system. The modules are transported to the site, quickly connected, and linked to utility networks, allowing for fast and efficient installation.

The interior features an entrance hall with space for a built-in wardrobe and washing machine, a bathroom, an open-plan living room with a kitchenette, and a bright bedroom. The layout also allows for the installation of a wood-burning stove, providing additional comfort and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere.

A defining feature of ModulLine V is its full-height glazed front façade with direct access to a terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding garden.

ModulLine V is an ideal starter home for young couples, a comfortable single-storey residence for seniors, or a modern recreational retreat. While the model is designed for efficient serial production, selected customer modifications—such as changes to the layout or the position of windows and doors—can be accommodated.

The recommended foundation solution consists of concrete pad footings, ensuring a fast, cost-effective, and reliable installation.
