Organisations interested in participating in the event are invited to complete the registration form.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide
Personal information, including first and last name, email address, job title and gender
Organisation information, including organisation name, description, areas of activity and address
During the registration process, you will be able to
View the event agenda and planned panel sessions
Express your interest in attending the networking dinner on Day 1 (Participation is subject to availability and places will be allocated until capacity is reached)
Select one of the Coffee-infused Deep Dives Session per day you would like to participate among the following: Day 1: Deep Dive I: Hydrogen and Cleantech Deep Dive II: LifeScience and Bioeconomy Deep Dive III: Saxony’s Thriving Cluster Ecosystem Day 2: Deep Dive IV: Robotics and AI Deep Dive V: Aerospace & Defence Deep Dive VI: Rail and Mobility

Participation in the selected Deep Dives Session will be confirmed at a later stage
During the event, a dedicated matchmaking session with 15-minute meeting slots will be organised. However, networking and bilateral exchanges are encouraged throughout the entire event.
Transportation to and from the site visits will be by public transport and should be arranged independently by participants.
Applicants will receive a notification by email once their registration has been reviewed and validated.
