Registration
How to Apply
Organisations interested in participating in the event are invited to complete the registration form.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide
- Personal information, including first and last name, email address, country, job title and gender
- Organisation information, including organisation name, description, areas of activity and address
During the registration process, you will be able to
- View the event agenda and planned panel sessions
- Select the Opportunity Labs (parallel sessions) you would like to participate in on Day 2
- Indicate whether you would like to participate in one of the potential site visits on Day 2 (tbc)
- Indicate your interest in delivering a pitch during a dedicated pitching session
Please note that
- Participation in the selected Opportunity Lab will be confirmed at a later stage
- Participants selected to deliver a pitch will be informed at a later stage
- A matchmaking session will take place at the end of Day 1. Participants will receive further information on meeting booking and scheduling at a later stage
Submission of the registration form does not automatically guarantee participation in the event. All registrations will undergo a validation process.
Due to the limited capacity of the venue, in-person participation is subject to confirmation. Participants are therefore advised not to make travel arrangements until they have received an official confirmation of participation.

Applicants will receive a notification by email once their registration has been reviewed and validated.
