NCDs, AI-Driven Predictive Biomarkers and Personalised Medicine Expertise seeking European Partners
European Research & Innovation Grant Officer at Mission Europe pour la Recherche
Marseille, France
About
The represented research teams have expertise in the identification, characterisation and validation of biomarkers relevant to disease mechanisms, disease progression, prognosis and treatment response.
Relevant capabilities include:
-
molecular and cellular biomarkers;
-
cardiovascular and metabolic biomarkers;
-
biomarkers of inflammation, vascular dysfunction and chronic disease;
-
multi-omics and high-throughput approaches;
-
patient-derived biological and clinical data;
-
advanced cellular and disease models;
-
integration of biological and clinical datasets;
-
development of approaches supporting patient stratification, prediction of disease progression and treatment response.
We are particularly interested in partners with complementary expertise in AI and machine learning, data science, bioinformatics, digital health, multimodal data integration and clinical validation, with the aim of developing predictive and personalised approaches for chronic non-communicable diseases.
