About
Corsano Health is looking to join Horizon Europe consortia where continuous, medical-grade physiological monitoring and digital biomarkers can strengthen clinical research, AI-based prediction, personalised medicine and clinical decision support.
Corsano offers a medical-grade wearable and cloud platform for continuous longitudinal monitoring, including heart rate, ECG, SpO₂, respiratory parameters, blood pressure-related measures, temperature, activity and sleep, as well as access to raw PPG, ECG and accelerometer signals.
Our technology and expertise can support projects through:

continuous collection of physiological and behavioural data in hospital, home and real-world settings;

development and validation of wearable-derived digital biomarkers and digital endpoints;

personalised baseline modelling and identification of clinically relevant changes over time;
-
generation of longitudinal real-world data for prediction and patient stratification;
-
remote and decentralised monitoring within multicentre clinical studies;

prospective clinical validation of predictive models, biomarkers and decision-support solutions;

interoperability and integration of wearable data into clinical, research and computational infrastructures.

HORIZON-HLTH-2027-TOOL-01 – AI-based predictive biomarkers:
Continuous physiological and behavioural data can contribute to multimodal models predicting disease progression and treatment response and support prospective clinical validation of new digital biomarkers.
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-DISEASE-01 – Innovative interventions for NCDs:
Corsano can provide continuous remote monitoring, digital endpoints and real-world follow-up for clinical trials of innovative interventions, particularly in cardiovascular, cardiometabolic and chronic respiratory diseases.
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-CARE-02 – Adverse drug reactions and polypharmacy:
Continuous monitoring can help identify physiological changes related to medication initiation, dose changes or drug combinations and complement pharmacogenomic, medication, laboratory and EHR data for personalised ADR prediction.
HORIZON-HLTH-2027-TOOL-04 – Virtual Human Twins:
Longitudinal real-world physiological data can support the personalisation, dynamic updating and prospective clinical validation of patient-specific Virtual Human Twin models.
Corsano is interested in joining consortia led by hospitals, universities, research organisations, clinical data owners or technology developers where continuous monitoring forms an integral part of the scientific and clinical concept. Depending on the project, Corsano could contribute as a core technology partner or lead activities related to wearable data, digital biomarkers, remote monitoring, data integration and clinical validation.
