Cancer Researcher : Prostate Cancer & Epigenetics
Biologist, MSc, First stage researcher at Department of Pathology, University of Patras
Patras, Greece
About
Area of expertise: Cancer biology, molecular pathology, epigenetics and preclinical cancer models, with a focus on Prostate cancer.
I can offer expertise in the study of molecular and epigenetic mechanisms of cancer, with hands-on experience in patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models of aggressive prostate cancer and the evaluation of epigenetic inhibitors. I am interested in contributing to projects involving functional genomics, epigenetic regulation, molecular characterization of tumors, preclinical therapeutic evaluation, and the identification and validation of novel therapeutic targets. I am particularly keen to collaborate with partners offering complementary molecular, computational, clinical or therapeutic expertise.
