About
The National Center of Oncology of Armenia looks for partners for Horizon Europe Cluster 1 & Mission Cancer calls. We offer two complementary, high‑value datasets:
-
Hospital based EHR system: detailed clinical data for all cancer patients treated at our center (diagnosis, staging, treatment, outcomes).
-
National Cancer Registry: population‑level registry capturing all cancer cases across Armenia.
Together, these datasets enable development and validation of AI models for early cancer risk prediction, real‑world treatment effectiveness, and national cancer surveillance.
We aim to work together with AI developers, oncology researchers, digital health innovators, regulatory science experts, and EU infrastructures (EHDS, AI Factories, biobanks).
What We Offer:
-
Deep clinical data
-
Population-level registry data
-
Clinical validation capacity at the National Oncology Center
-
Pilot site for real‑world testing and rapid deployment of AI tools
-
Expertise in cancer registry coordination and surveillance
What We Seek:
-
AI partners for multimodal predictive models
-
Digital health platforms for integration and deployment
-
Regulatory science partners — MDR/IVDR, evidence generation
-
Ethics/legal experts for GDPR-aligned cross-border data governance
-
Oncology scientists and clinical researchers for cancer research contribution
Potential Collaboration Areas
1.Early detection & predictive oncology AI‑based risk stratification using registry + hospital data.
2.Real‑world evidence for treatment effectiveness Analysis of treatment pathways, outcomes, and survival.
3.Cancer surveillance & monitoring AI‑driven dashboards for incidence trends, geographic clusters, and screening gaps.
4.Oncology research and translational studies to generate scientific evidence, publications, and clinically relevant insights from registry and hospital data.
