Clinical partner for AI-based predictive biomarkers in mental health

Coordinator of the Department of Research, Development and Innovation at Provincial Mental Health Hospital in Świecie, Poland

Świecie, Poland

About

The Provincial Mental Health Hospital named after Dr. Józef Bednarz in Świecie, Poland, is seeking partners for HORIZON-HLTH-2027-02-TOOL-01-two-stage – Development of predictive biomarkers of disease progression and treatment response by using AI methodologies for chronic non-communicable diseases.

Our main interest is the development and validation of multimodal predictive biomarkers in mental health, including depression, psychotic disorders, treatment-resistant conditions and other chronic psychiatric disorders.

The hospital can contribute clinical cohorts, psychiatric expertise, psychometric and neuropsychological assessments, longitudinal clinical information and real-world data. We are also interested in integrating digital phenotyping and passive monitoring indicators such as sleep, mobility, physical activity, social functioning and behavioural patterns.

Potential project objectives could include prediction of relapse, early identification of clinical deterioration, prediction of response to treatment and development of personalised treatment pathways.

We are looking for partners specialising in artificial intelligence, machine learning, multimodal data integration, digital biomarkers, biostatistics, wearable technologies, health data science and clinical validation.

The hospital can participate as a clinical study site, data and validation partner, and potentially lead a work package related to psychiatric cohorts, clinical validation or real-world implementation.
