Clinical validation partner for advanced AI and AGI solutions in healthcare

The Provincial Mental Health Hospital named after Dr. Józef Bednarz in Świecie, Poland, is interested in joining an ambitious consortium preparing a proposal under HORIZON-HLTH-2027-03-TOOL-08 – Towards Artificial General Intelligence for healthcare.

Our main interest is the safe, clinically meaningful and human-centred application of advanced AI systems in real healthcare environments, particularly in psychiatry and mental health.

Potential applications include multimodal clinical decision support, integration of heterogeneous patient information, personalised treatment recommendations, prediction of deterioration and relapse, optimisation of care pathways and support for healthcare professionals.

The hospital can provide an environment for clinical co-design, testing and validation of AI-based solutions. We can contribute psychiatric expertise, access to diverse patient populations, real-world clinical workflows, psychometric assessments and evaluation of usability, safety, clinical utility and implementation barriers.

We are particularly interested in collaboration with leading AI research centres, universities, technology companies, health-data infrastructures, ethics and regulatory experts and other healthcare providers.

The hospital could act as a clinical demonstrator and validation site, with a specific role in mental health use cases, responsible AI, human oversight and integration of advanced AI into routine clinical practice.
