Hospital management partner for health systems research, value-based healthcare and innovative care pathways

The Provincial Mental Health Hospital named after Dr. Józef Bednarz in Świecie, Poland, is interested in joining a European consortium focused on health systems research, organisational innovation, value-based healthcare and implementation of efficient, equitable and patient-centred models of care.

Our hospital can contribute the perspective of a public healthcare provider and hospital management team responsible for strategic development, organisation of healthcare services, implementation of innovation, resource allocation, quality improvement and transformation of clinical pathways.

We are particularly interested in cooperation within HORIZON-MISS-2027-02-CANCER-04 – Improving equitable health outcomes and added value for and with cancer patients through health-economics research, health systems research and outcomes research.

Potential areas of contribution include:

• evaluation and redesign of healthcare pathways;

• organisational and management models in hospitals;

• health services and health systems research;

• value-based healthcare and cost-effectiveness;

• equitable access to healthcare;

• implementation of innovative solutions in routine clinical practice;

• digital transformation of healthcare organisations;

• quality indicators and patient-reported outcomes;

• integration of hospital, outpatient and community-based care;

• evaluation of organisational barriers and facilitators to innovation uptake.

As a public mental health hospital, we are particularly interested in the integration of mental health and psychosocial support into broader healthcare pathways, including cancer care, chronic disease management and care for older patients.

We can act as a real-world implementation site, contribute hospital management expertise, support organisational and economic evaluation, participate in co-design with healthcare professionals and patients, and validate new care models under routine healthcare conditions.

We are looking for coordinators and partners with expertise in health economics, health systems research, implementation science, healthcare management, outcomes research, digital health, public health and value-based healthcare.
