Geneyx Genomex Ltd. (Herzliya, Israel) develops Geneyx Analysis, an AI-based genomic clinical decision support platform that takes sequencing and multiomic data from raw reads to an interpreted clinical report. Geneyx is ISO 13485 certified and is in the process of obtaining CE-IVDR certification. The platform is used by hospitals, academic centres and genetic laboratories in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US, including Bambino Gesù Children's Hospital, Hospital Universitari Son Espases, Children's Mercy and Hadassah Medical Center. To date, Geneyx has analysed more than 724,900 cases for over 6,900 active users in more than 55 countries, and the platform has been cited in 220 publications.
We are looking to join research and innovation consortia as a main technical contributor.
CORE CAPABILITIES
- Genomics: germline variant calling, annotation and interpretation for panels, exomes, genomes and microarrays, including SNVs, copy-number and structural variants, non-coding (enhancer) variants and automatic compound-heterozygote detection. Our AI variant classifier (GAIC) supports variant classification and prioritization.
- Multi-omics: integrated analysis of DNA, RNA (expression, splicing) and DNA methylation, in partnership with Omics Discoveries (RNA-seq) and EpiSign (methylation episignatures).
- Long-read sequencing: PacBio and Oxford Nanopore analysis, including phasing, repeat expansions, structural variants and native methylation.
- Pharmacogenomics (PGx): genotype-to-phenotype translation and drug recommendations for 87 genes and 321+ drugs, aligned with CPIC and PharmGKB, delivered as clinical reports and decision support.
- Cohort analysis: automated, large-scale analysis of genomic and multi-omics data linked to clinical and phenotypic information, for biomarker discovery, patient stratification and real-world data studies.
- AI tools and infrastructure: trained models, external benchmarking, bias assessment and interpretable outputs, built with trustworthy-AI and regulatory requirements in mind.
- Automation and integration: REST API, LIMS and EHR integration, and automated batch analysis from FASTQ to report on any sequencing platform (Illumina, PacBio, Oxford Nanopore).
- Data protection and quality: ISO 13485 quality management, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 27799 information security, GDPR-aligned and HIPAA-compliant, with data hosted in the EEA.
WHAT WE BRING TO A CONSORTIUM
- A ready, clinically deployed platform rather than a research prototype, which lowers technical risk from the first month.
- One partner covering genomics, RNA, methylation, PGx and AI, so clinical and data partners do not need several technology providers.
- A credible route to exploitation and uptake through an established international user base (55+ countries) and a regulatory pathway (ISO 13485, CE-IVDR in progress).
- Experience with clinical-grade reporting, data protection and regulatory requirements, which strengthens the ethics, data-management and exploitation sections of a proposal.
- Industry R&D experience, including projects funded by the Israel Innovation Authority.
APPLICATION AREAS
Rare and inherited disease diagnosis, pharmacogenomics and personalised medicine, multi-omics biomarker discovery, patient stratification for clinical trials, cohort and population studies, and AI-supported clinical decision making.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Coordinators and consortia with clinical sites, patient cohorts or trial-ready interventions that need a genomics, multi-omics, PGx and AI partner.
