Why we are here
Many health projects develop a promising technology but leave little room in the work plan for the evidence that decides whether it reaches patients: cost-effectiveness, readiness for HTA, a clear regulatory pathway and a realistic route to market. We cover these tasks as a consortium partner, from the proposal to the final report.
Horizon Europe experience
Betthera is a partner in 13 Horizon Europe consortia: eCAP, PAINLESS, FORCE REPAIR, IMPROVA, IN-ARMOR, NetZero AICT, ARTEMIS, TOXBOX, UltraSense, NEOLIVER, NAP4DIVE, SmILE and VOLABIOS. They range from diagnostic devices, implants and wearable sensors to CT imaging, toxicology, mental health and antimicrobial resistance. We know how Horizon consortia work, from deliverables and reporting to day-to-day cooperation with clinical, academic and industrial partners.

Health economic evaluation: cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, budget impact and cost-benefit analyses, including societal impact and quality of life.
HTA under the EU HTA Regulation 2021/2282 and preparation for Joint Clinical Assessment.
Regulatory strategy and CE marking under EU MDR and IVDR: classification, conformity assessment, technical documentation and ISO 13485 quality management.
Compliance of AI and health data (AI Act, European Health Data Space) and cybersecurity.
Business modelling and market access: market size, adoption, willingness to pay and pricing.
Literature reviews, systematic reviews and meta-analyses.
