Early cancer detection: seeking clinical and data science partners for Horizon Europe collaborations
Founder & CEO - BioCode Technologies at BioCode Technologies
PARIS, France
About
BioCode Technologies is a French biotechnology start-up developing a platform for early cancer detection in asymptomatic individuals, with an initial focus on pancreatic cancer.
Our platform is designed to uncover subtle cancer-related signals that are difficult to detect with conventional liquid biopsy approaches. Our strategy integrates proprietary technology, multi-omics and AI.
We are seeking to join a European research consortium and collaborate with clinical centres, academic teams and technology partners providing complementary expertise in:
• Prospective cohorts and access to well-characterised longitudinal samples.
• Analytical and clinical validation.
• Data science and integration of biological and clinical data.
Potential contributions from BioCode include clinical laboratory and cancer genetics expertise, biological sample analysis, contribution to the generation and interpretation of multi-omic data, and development of early detection workflows.
We are interested in exploring how these contributions could support multimodal predictive models and clinically relevant Virtual Human Twins for cancer prevention and diagnosis. With suitable technology partners, we are also open to assessing future point-of-care applications.
We welcome discussions with coordinators preparing Horizon Europe proposals to assess scientific complementarity and define an appropriate role for BioCode within a consortium.
