About

BioCode Technologies is a French biotechnology start-up developing a platform for early cancer detection, with an initial focus on pancreatic cancer and the ambition to expand to other cancer types.

Our platform is designed to uncover subtle cancer-related signals that are difficult to detect with conventional liquid biopsy approaches. By integrating proprietary technology, multi-omics and AI, we aim to enable the detection of cancer in asymptomatic individuals.

BioCode brings expertise in clinical laboratory medicine, cancer genetics, diagnostic development and healthcare implementation. Our research strategy combines experimental development with the generation of structured biological data to support robust analytical and clinical validation.

We are seeking European research collaborations with clinical centres, academic teams and technology partners offering complementary expertise in prospective cohorts, access to well-characterised longitudinal samples, clinical validation and data science.

Potential contributions to collaborative projects include biological sample analysis, generation of multi-omic data and the development of early detection workflows. We are also interested in exploring how these capabilities could support multimodal predictive models and, with suitable technology partners, future point-of-care applications.

Our goal is to contribute to clinically meaningful early detection strategies supported by reproducible evidence and a clear path towards implementation.
