About
ABOUT US & OUR ASSAY PROTOCOL We are a specialized biology research group with expertise in biomarker discovery and assay validation.
We offer: • Novel Staining & Assay Protocol: A specialized, cost-effective assay protocol for visualizing and quantifying inflammasome activation directly in biological specimens.
• Preliminary Benchtop Data: Early laboratory proof-of-concept data demonstrating technical feasibility, signal detection, and biological accuracy.
• Biological Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of chronic inflammatory signaling pathways to lead biology, assay optimization, or biomarker-related work packages.
PROJECT CONCEPT: We are looking to join an existing or forming Horizon Europe consortium under Cluster 1 Health. The project goal is to translate our benchtop assay into a validated, scalable digital imaging biomarker for early patient stratification and real-time treatment monitoring in neurodegenerative and chronic Non-Communicable Diseases.
PARTNERS WE ARE SEEKING TO JOIN FORCES WITH We are eager to connect with consortium partners to co-shape a winning proposal:
1. Consortium Coordinators / Lead Applicants: Preparing proposals under Cluster Health 2027 who want to integrate an innovative, cost-effective inflammatory biomarker into their project layout.
2. Clinical Partners & Biobanks: University hospitals, clinical trial networks, or biobanks managing well-characterized, longitudinal patient cohorts across chronic NCDs (e.g., cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, or neurodegenerative conditions) interested in joint assay validation.
3. AI & Digital Pathology Partners: Computer vision experts, academic research groups, or specialized tech SMEs to co-develop deep learning models for automated cell segmentation, speck feature extraction, and inflammatory scoring.
LET’S CONNECT If you are coordinating a proposal or building a consortium in precision health, chronic inflammation, or AI diagnostics, please request a meeting with us during the brokerage event!
