Multi-Omics Integration for Target Identification and Biomarker Signatures
Group Leader at Fondazione The Microsoft Research -University of Trento Centre for Computational and Systems Biology
Rovereto, Italy
About
COSBI integrates genome-wide association studies (GWAS), transcriptomics, single-cell data, proteomics, metabolomics and related molecular datasets to uncover disease mechanisms and translate complex data into actionable hypotheses. Our workflows may combine quality control, clustering, co-localization, pathway and network analysis, causal-gene nomination and knowledge-guided interpretation. Applications include target and pathway prioritization, disease and patient stratification, responder analysis and biomarker signature discovery. Deliverables can include integrated analysis reports, ranked targets or biomarkers, interpretable candidate panels, pathway and network visualizations, and reproducible computational workflows. We seek research and industry partners with well-characterized cohorts or preclinical datasets and a clear biological or translational question.
