Seeking Consortium Collaboration Partners - Offering Expertise in Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD)
Postdoctoral Researcher at Hellenic Mediterranean University at Hellenic Mediterranean University
Heraklion, Crete, Greece
About
I am actively seeking collaboration opportunities with academic institutions, research organizations, and industry partners for joint research projects and consortium development, particularly within multidisciplinary drug discovery initiatives. I offer expertise in computer-aided drug design (CADD) to support collaborative projects through advanced computational approaches.
My research focuses on investigating protein–ligand and protein–protein interactions using molecular docking, long-timescale molecular dynamics simulations, enhanced sampling methods such as metadynamics, binding free-energy calculations, and large-scale virtual screening using high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructures. These approaches can help identify and characterize therapeutic targets, elucidate molecular mechanisms, and discover and optimize promising drug candidates.
I welcome opportunities to contribute CADD expertise to collaborative research proposals, national and international funding applications, and multidisciplinary consortia focused on innovative drug discovery and therapeutic development.
