Our contribution to Horizon Europe consortia includes:

Digital health platforms: patient applications, HCP dashboards, digital care pathways and remote monitoring solutions.
Patient engagement & empowerment: educational tools, personalised information, self-management services and PROMs/PREMs.
Co-design & UX/UI: patient journeys, accessibility, stakeholder involvement and user-centred design.
Clinical implementation: integration into healthcare pathways, pilot deployment, usability testing and validation.
