Life sciences R&D centre offers bioinformatics, biomarker validation and data management to Cluster 1 Health consortia
Collaborative Projects Lead at Inovarion
Paris, France
About
We are looking to join a consortium preparing a proposal for the 2027 Cluster 1 Health calls, as a research partner.
We could take on:
-
biomarker validation in patient cohorts, including genetic association studies and statistical modelling
-
bioinformatics and multi-omic analysis
-
the integration and harmonisation of clinical and biological data across centres
-
the data management plan and FAIR requirements
-
experimental tasks in our areas of expertise, such as immune profiling of patient samples, preclinical models and digital pathology
Among other recent work, we co-authored a genome-wide association study in cystic fibrosis, combining polygenic risk scores, Mendelian randomisation and replication in an independent cohort (European Respiratory Journal, 2024).
We are a life sciences R&D centre in Paris, founded in 2013, with over 550 research projects and more than 190 peer-reviewed publications behind us.
Our topics of interest cover antivirals and monoclonal antibodies, antimicrobial resistance, the exposome, neurodegenerative disease, polypharmacy and AI-based predictive biomarkers (DISEASE-05 to -08, DISEASE-14, ENVHLTH-02, CARE-02, TOOL-01). I would be glad to meet coordinators working on any of them, or on a neighbouring topic.
