Lived-experience data partner

Founder at Unwritten Health

London, United Kingdom

About

Unwritten Health is a UK-based SME specialising in lived-experience and social determinants of health (SDoH) data from underserved and marginalised communities. We combine community-led engagement, qualitative research and digital tools to generate high-quality, consented data on mental health, daily life, access to care and structural barriers for people typically underrepresented in research and clinical trials.

For Horizon Europe Cluster 1, we are offering to join consortia for topics such as HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-02 (digital technologies and youth mental health) and HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-09 (multisectoral NCD approaches, GACD). We can:

  • Design and implement inclusive recruitment and engagement with underserved groups (e.g. disadvantaged youth, migrants, precariously housed people).

  • Collect and manage mixed-methods lived-experience and SDoH data aligned with FAIR and open science principles.

  • Co-lead work packages on community engagement, equity, and patient/public involvement.

  • Help partners demonstrate impact on health equity, diversity in participation and real-world feasibility of interventions.

We are l_ooking for_ clinical, academic and public health coordinators (EU Member State or UK) and consortia who need a specialised partner for community engagement, equity-focused data collection and patient/public involvement across Member States and associated countries.
