Clinical partner for CRC screening, biomarkers and AI/endoscopy validation
GASTROENTEROLOGIST. CHIEF OF RESEARCH GROUP at FUNDACIÓN PÚBLICA GALLEGA DE INVESTIGACIÓN BIOMÉDICA GALICIA SUR
OURENSE, Spain
About
We are a clinical-translational research group specialised in colorectal cancer (CRC) screening, early detection and biomarker validation, based in a hospital setting with direct access to patients and population-based screening programmes.
Our group offers strong expertise in clinical trials (Phase I–III), real-world data generation and validation of innovative diagnostic approaches, including microbiome, metabolomics, multi-omics, AI-supported endoscopy and new technologies applied to digestive endoscopy.
We are interested in joining Horizon Europe consortia as a clinical partner, contributing to work packages related to screening, early detection, biomarkers, endoscopic innovation and implementation in real-world settings.
We can provide access to well-characterised patient cohorts, support patient recruitment and contribute to the clinical validation of new diagnostic tools, including emerging endoscopic technologies, as well as personalised medicine strategies.
We are particularly interested in collaborating with academic institutions, SMEs and industry partners developing innovative solutions in cancer detection, endoscopy and prevention.
