Research collaboration in NCD prevention, patient-centered health technologies and health system innovation

Researcger based at Hospital Universitario Costa del Sol (Marbella, Spain), a public hospital attached to the Andalusian Ministry of Health, serving a multicultural population of more than 470,000 inhabitants. The hospital has over 2,000 professionals and experience in clinical trials, epidemiological studies and healthcare service innovation.

I am affiliated with IBIMA Plataforma BIONAND (Biomedical Research Institute of Málaga), which provides advanced research infrastructures and support for international collaborative projects.

My work focuses on translational biomedical research, oncology, digital health and health system innovation. I have direct access to patients, biological samples and clinical and sociodemographic data, as well as molecular biology and genetic technologies supporting translational research.

I also participate in national research networks on chronic diseases, primary care and health promotion, providing access to large patient cohorts with longitudinal data and follow-up of up to 10 years for real-world evidence and validation studies.

My work includes co-created mobile health applications and the use of advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence to analyse complex health data.

I am interested in joining Horizon Europe Cluster Health consortia, contributing to patient recruitment and clinical validation, access to biological samples and real-world clinical data, large longitudinal patient cohorts, translational oncology expertise, digital health tools and AI-based data analysis.
