Hospital General de Granollers is a public university hospital committed to scientific progress, continuous improvement of healthcare services, and the generation of knowledge to benefit patients and society. With a strong track record in clinical innovation, patient-centered care, and participation in regional and European research projects, the hospital is now looking to expand its international collaboration through active involvement in Horizon Europe health research and innovation initiatives.

Key Capacities:

  • Access to a diverse patient population in areas such as neurology, geriatrics, oncology, chronic disease,, and other clinical specialties. Proven experience in clinical trials, including both drug and medical device studies.

  • Expertise in the validation of digital health tools, AI applications, and robotics in real-world clinical settings.

  • Capacity to conduct observational studies, patient cohort recruitment, and longitudinal follow-up.

  • A dedicated and fully operational Research and Innovation Unit with experience in National and European-funded projects.

  • An accredited institutional Ethics Committee and strong expertise in data protection and regulatory compliance.

We are flexible and ready to adapt our role to the needs of each project — offering support in technology validation, patient recruitment, trial coordination, ethical oversight, and other critical activities across a wide range of healthcare domains.
