Strong opportunity for our team to contribute integrated expertise in climate–environment–health research by linking regional climate modelling, urban climate services, and compound extreme analysis with advanced environmental monitoring, analytical chemistry, and human biomonitoring. We offer state-of-the-art capabilities in indoor and outdoor air quality assessment, aerosol physics and source apportionment, greenhouse gases, persistent organic pollutants (PFAS, PCBs, dioxins, brominated compounds), radiation in the environment, and ISO-accredited analytical methods, complemented by biodiagnostics, cytogenetics, genomic instability, cancer and radiation biomarkers, biodosimetry, and exposure–health linkage.

We seek collaboration with partners active in epidemiology, public health, occupational health, clinical research, digital health, socio-economic assessment, policy translation, and climate adaptation planning to jointly develop evidence-based tools, biomarkers, and monitoring frameworks that reduce climate- and environment-related health risks, strengthen resilience of populations and health systems, and inform EU, national, and regional policies for healthier and more sustainable living and working environments.
