EEG-Based Biomarkers and Functional Connectivity for Brain Health Applications
Asist Prof at Gaziantep University
Gaziantep, Türkiye
About
I am a neuroscientist with expertise in EEG signal processing, functional connectivity analysis, and machine-learning–based biomarker development, focusing on brain health and mental disorders.
My work includes time–frequency analysis, coherence and phase-based connectivity measures, network-level metrics, and advanced preprocessing techniques, machine learning methods. I aim to contribute EEG analytics that can support early diagnosis, patient stratification, and monitoring of treatment effects.
I am seeking collaboration within Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health projects, particularly in brain health, mental health, neurological disorders, and AI-driven diagnostic tools. I am open to collaborating with coordinators, clinical partners, and industry stakeholders preparing proposals for the 2026 Health calls.
