SSH‑driven public health and digital health partner for Horizon Europe Cluster 1 projects

PredictBy is an SSH‑driven research and consulting organisation based in Barcelona, specialising in public health, behavioural science, data analytics and digital health to support Horizon Europe Cluster 1 projects. Our work bridges research, policy and implementation, with a strong focus on prevention, health systems, digital transformation and evidence‑informed public action.

We provide expertise across the full health research and innovation cycle, from epidemiological and behavioural research to implementation science, monitoring and evaluation, and health economic and societal impact assessment. Our team combines public health, behavioural and social sciences, health economics, data science, governance and public policy, allowing us to connect clinical, societal and technological dimensions in complex health challenges. This includes the implementation and evaluation of AI and ML–based approaches in health, with a focus on effectiveness, equity, bias mitigation, real‑world deployment and integration into clinical and public health workflows.

PredictBy has strong expertise in EU health policy and regulatory frameworks, supporting projects that align with and contribute to EU strategies and regulations. This includes experience with health systems governance, public procurement and innovation uptake, digital health governance, data quality and interoperability, and the responsible use of health data and AI, with particular knowledge of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and related EU policy initiatives. We support consortia in translating research outputs into policy‑relevant, regulation‑aware and implementable solutions.

We are particularly interested in Horizon Europe Cluster 1 topics related to disease prevention and behavioural interventions, environmental and climate‑related health risks, non‑communicable diseases, mental health, health inequalities, and access to innovative and sustainable healthcare.

PredictBy has extensive experience in Horizon Europe, IHI and EU‑funded projects and collaborates regularly with research organisations, public authorities, healthcare providers, SMEs and civil society organisations across Europe. We seek collaboration as an SSH partner, implementation and evaluation lead, AI‑enabled health interventions work package contributor, or policy and impact partner strengthening behavioural, regulatory, societal and implementation dimensions of health projects.
