About

PredictBy is a Barcelona‑based research and consulting organisation working at the intersection of public health, behavioural science, data analytics, and digital health. We collaborate with European institutions, national and regional authorities, research organisations, healthcare providers, and private partners to address complex health challenges through multidisciplinary, evidence‑based approaches. Our work is grounded in the belief that robust scientific methods must translate into practical, implementable solutions that improve health outcomes and strengthen health systems.

We support the full health policy and innovation cycle, from epidemiological and behavioural research to strategy development, implementation support, and impact assessment. Our team combines expertise in life and biomedical sciences, public health, behavioural and social sciences, health economics, data science, governance, and public policy, allowing us to bridge clinical, societal, and technological perspectives.

PredictBy brings strong added value to Cluster 1 projects through advanced data analytics, mixed‑methods research, monitoring and evaluation, and health economic and impact assessment, as well as work on digital transformation, interoperability, data quality, and the responsible use of health data and AI in line with emerging EU frameworks such as the European Health Data Space. With extensive experience in Horizon Europe, IHI, and EU‑funded projects, we are an active and reliable partner in large, multisectoral consortia, contributing to scientifically sound, policy‑relevant, and citizen‑centred health innovation.
