Science Education and Communication for Scientific Literacy and Citizenship

PhD student at Susanna Puecher – University of Verona

Verona, Italy

About

I am a PhD student in Education at the University of Verona (Italy), with a research focus on linking science education and science communication on social media to foster scientific literacy and responsible citizenship. I have conducted an educational research study in Primary and Middle schools, aimed at promoting science literacy, critical evaluation of information, awareness of misinformation, and responsible citizenship. I am interested in joining an interdisciplinary consortium within Horizon Europe Cluster 1 (Health) and contributing to projects that use Science Communication to increase public trust in and active engagement with science.
