About
Riga City Council Welfare Department is the leading municipal authority, within the scope of the municipality’s competences, responsible for social services, social assistance, access to healthcare, health promotion and disease prevention, including the reduction of the prevalence of addictions, as well as the promotion of employment among residents.
We are interested in identifying organisations applying under Horizon Europe calls that are seeking implementation partners within the Health Cluster.
In particular, we are interested in:

interventions targeting young people; and

opportunities related to public procurement for the development and piloting a Center for Welfare Technology for people living with dementia
