Public Funding Programmes Technician at Fundació TIC Salut Social

About

The Digital Assets Area of the TIC Salut Social Foundation(FTSS) works to promote the use of digital solutions and services to bring them closer to citizens and allow the practice of health and social welfare activities focused on the person. They propose:

  • A certification process for health apps that allows quality apps to be offered that follow European, national, and local standards, and aligning with usability, accessibility, contents, security, data privacy, and technological robustness requirements.

  • A directory of health and social apps for citizens, patients, and professionals relevant to the Catalan territory.

  • Good practices guides and recommendations to aid when developing digital health solutions.

The Interoperability Area of FTSS supports the Catalan Healthcare System to promote the use of international reference standards, such as HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, IHE, DICOM, and OpenEHR amongst others. Through different projects we provide the whole community with clear, truthful, and useful technical reference information supporting european iniciatives such as the EHDS.

The AI Area addresses the lack of unified, practical frameworks to assess trustworthiness, safety, fairness, and regulatory compliance of AI solutions for a correct implementation in the healthcare systems: we propose an evaluation framework combining technical, clinical, and ethical criteria aligned with the AI Act and MDR.
