Real-world pilot environment for prevention-oriented digital health research
Project Manager of MBSC | Founder & Lead of Tour de Mátra Real-World Pilot Environment at Mátra Biker Sport Club
Gyöngyös, Hungary
About
A structured, large-scale real-world pilot environment is available through the Tour de Mátra, which has been organised since 2021 and involves international participants across multiple forms of endurance-based physical activity, including cycling, hiking, walking, and trail running.
The pilot environment is designed to support voluntary, non-interventional data collection related to physical activity, lifestyle and environmental exposure, with a strong emphasis on prevention, active living and population-level digital health research. Potential data sources may include optional digital tools and self-reported inputs related to physical activity and subjective well-being, subject to co-design with research partners and strict opt-in participation.
Collaboration is sought with research organisations, universities, SMEs and technology providers working in areas such as digital health, data analytics, AI-supported analysis, behaviour change, prevention-oriented interventions and citizen-driven health approaches.
This opportunity is particularly relevant for partners interested in behavioural prevention strategies, public trust and engagement in life sciences, and the development of climate-resilient and health-promoting population approaches.
