Collaboration: multiomics of the tumor microenvironment
Researcher at Istituto Tumori 'Giovanni Paolo II'
Bari, Italy
About
Our laboratory offers access to a state-of-the-art spatial proteomics platform enabling high-dimensional mapping of protein expression and cellular interactions within tumor tissues.
We are seeking partners with expertise in:
-
Computational biology and AI/machine learning for spatial data analysis and pattern recognition
-
Multiomics integration (transcriptomics, genomics, metabolomics) with spatial proteomics
-
Translational and clinical oncology with access to well-annotated patient cohorts or preclinical models
Our aim is to contribute advanced spatial proteomics capabilities to collaborative projects that dissect TME heterogeneity and identify biomarkers or therapeutic targets for precision oncology.
