Cancers AI - AI-based Multi-omics Platform for Precision Oncology
Founder & AI Researcher (Cancer AI / Digital Health) at AIMTech
Cairo, Egypt
About
Cancers AI is a precision-oncology healthtech startup based in Cairo (Egypt), positioned for international collaboration with European partners. Originating from PhD-level research with peer-reviewed publications (impact factor up to 5.2), the initiative develops AI-driven multi-omics integration (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and radiomics) to support early cancer detection, accurate staging, and personalized treatment planning.
The platform focuses on the discovery and validation of novel molecular biomarkers and integrates data across multiple cancer types, with model performance validated on several public cohorts and supported by early clinical case studies in lung and ovarian cancer. The initiative is already connected with strong European academic and innovation partners and is currently seeking additional collaboration with European clinical and industrial stakeholders to enable further clinical validation, co-development, and future regulated deployment of advanced precision-oncology solutions under Horizon Europe Cluster 1.
