EXSELI Health — AI Infrastructure for Emotional & Developmental Care
Product Lead at MindCET
Tel Aviv, Israel
About
EXSELI Health is building modern AI infrastructure for emotional and developmental skill-building, operating at the intersection of education, healthcare, and family life.
We focus on one core problem: critical emotional and self-regulation skills are widely recognized as essential, yet they are delivered inconsistently, episodically, and at a scale that cannot meet real-world demand. Development does not wait for systems to catch up.
EXSELI extends care beyond classrooms and clinics by enabling continuous, engaging, and data-informed practice in everyday environments. Using AI-generated characters, stories, and interactive experiences, we translate research-based methodologies into formats children and families actually engage with — repeatedly and over time.
Our platform is designed to support multiple contexts and stakeholders:
-
Children developing emotional and self-regulation skills
-
Parents seeking meaningful, guided support at home
-
Educators and therapists extending impact between sessions
EXSELI is not a single program or content library. It is infrastructure — enabling scalable delivery, localization, and iteration of emotional and developmental support, while generating meaningful engagement and progress signals.
We are currently validating market fit across adjacent verticals, with early traction in education and growing pull from para-medical and developmental care environments. Our next phase focuses on identifying the highest-impact use cases, partners, and funding pathways to scale responsibly.
