About
This project responds to this urgent need by creating a structured, trauma-informed, and context-sensitive training model for developing soft skills among Ukrainian medical students and educators, with international collaboration. The project also contributes to strengthening Ukraine’s educational resilience and capacity in times of crisis, aligning with the European values of solidarity, inclusive education, and civic engagement.
To integrate structured training in empathy, crisis communication, and emotional resilience into wartime medical education through innovative teaching methods, peer support, and international collaboration.
Objectives:

Equip medical students with practical and emotional tools to work in high-stress and crisis conditions

Develop empathy-based and trauma-sensitive teaching methods for educators in medical universities

Foster reflective practice, stress management, and teamwork under pressure

Build a sustainable model of soft skills training adaptable for post-conflict and recovery periods

Promote international dialogue and resource sharing in wartime medical education
