About
We are a research group led by Dr. Ofir Lindenbaum, with extensive experience in interpretable computational models and foundation models for complex biomedical and health data (especially tabular & omics data). Our work focuses on developing novel machine learning architectures that enhance robustness, interpretability, and clinical utility of predictive models.
Expertise offered:
• Advanced methods for Tabular & Multi-omics data integration
• Interpretable AI / causal & feature-aware architectures
• Self-supervised learning and uncertainty quantification
