About
ORGANIZATION: DeepLab (Greek SME) – AI/ML for Healthcare Systems & Digital Health
WHO WE ARE:
DeepLab is a Greek SME developing custom AI-powered clinical decision support and digital health analytics. We combine predictive modeling, risk stratification, and real-time analytics with built-in interpretability—essential for clinical trust and regulatory acceptance. 15+ years research, production ML experience at scale.
CORE CAPABILITIES:
- Clinical decision support system (CDSS) development with interpretable predictions
- Predictive modeling for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment response
- Risk stratification with fairness assessment across patient groups
- Patient subgroup identification and personalized intervention targeting
- Edge-deployed ML for mobile/wearable applications (privacy-preserving)
- Uncertainty quantification for clinical confidence levels
PUBLISHED RESEARCH:
Deep-ID (interpretable precision medicine), Deep-BCI (real-time signal processing, IEEE SMC 2023), pCCI (cell-cell interactions). All methodologies custom-adapted to partner clinical context and validation requirements.
TARGET CALLS:
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-CARE-03 (Low-value care identification)
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-STAYHLTH-02 (Behavioral NCDs in youth)
- HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-02 (Digital technology & youth mental health)
CONSORTIUM CONTRIBUTION:
Develop custom AI analytics and decision support tools. Build interpretable predictive models with uncertainty quantification. Lead data analytics work packages. All solutions adapted to partner data, clinical workflows, and validation requirements.
KEYWORDS:
clinical decision support, CDSS, predictive modeling, risk stratification, interpretable ML, mobile health, mHealth, digital health, healthcare analytics, youth health, edge AI, Greek SME
WHY US:
Deep-tech ML with built-in explainability—not black boxes. Research rigor (15+ years) meets startup agility. We speak both algorithms and clinical reality. Greek SME adds Widening Country benefit.
SEEKING:
Health services research institutes with healthcare system access. Behavioral science groups developing digital interventions. Youth health researchers with cohort access. mHealth developers seeking AI personalization.
