Health innovation ecosystem for real-world validation and innovation adoption in public care systems
Innovation Project Manager at Consorci de Salut i d'Atenció Social de Catalunya
Barcelona, Spain
About
CSC is particularly interested in Horizon Europe Health projects where healthcare and social care organizations play an active role as adopters and implementers of innovation, contributing to trust-building, sustainability, and systemic impact beyond pilot phases.
Through its Innovation and Partnership Area, the Consortium of Health and Social Care of Catalonia (CSC) offers a consolidated innovation ecosystem enabling co-creation, real-world validation, and innovation adoption within the public health and social care system.
The ecosystem connects a network of 34 reference healthcare and social care providers across Catalonia, covering the full continuum of care (primary, hospital, mental health, addiction, and intermediate care). It provides access to real-life settings, end-users, and system-level expertise to support needs-driven innovation, feasibility assessment, and deployment.
CSC brings proven experience in European collaborative projects, including RIA, PCP, PPI and other EU funding schemes, contributing to stakeholder engagement, user involvement, validation activities, and scaling strategies.
CSC is well positioned to join consortia as a validation, implementation, and innovation adoption partner, offering access to public care environments, multi-actor collaboration, and strong capacity to translate research results into sustainable practice.
