VIDAVO SA is seeking project cooperation under cardiovascular topics HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-11 and HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-15. The company aims to contribute digital health infrastructure, real-world data capabilities, and implementation experience to collaborative actions addressing both the generation of evidence and the scaling of innovation in cardiovascular health.

Through its flagship platform VIDA24, VIDAVO supports the structured collection, integration, and longitudinal use of multi-source health data, including patient-reported outcomes, remote monitoring data, and clinical information. These capabilities can support research activities focused on sex- and gender-specific determinants, risk factors, and disease pathways, as well as coordination activities aimed at improving knowledge sharing, alignment, and uptake of cardiovascular innovations across health systems.

For DISEASE-11, VIDAVO can contribute to data-driven and implementation-oriented research by enabling stratified analyses, supporting observational and cohort-based studies, and facilitating patient engagement and follow-up in real-life settings.

For DISEASE-15, the company can support coordination and support activities such as mapping of innovation practices, identification of implementation barriers, exchange of best practices, and development of conceptual frameworks or roadmaps for scaling cardiovascular innovation.
