AIomics: IBD data lake and foundation model
Director of Data Science at Scailyte AG
Basel, Switzerland
About
-
AIomics is a predictive causal intelligence platform seeking to address the IBD drug challenge, where most trials fail and current drugs are only effective in about 50% of patients.
-
It uses multi-agent AI on a foundation model trained on a corpus of publicly-available single-cell RNA-seq data together with new, proprietary spatial omics data generated from a 15-year Swiss IBD cohort.
-
The system provides explainable causal intelligence across time and molecular space.
-
A multi-agent AI system provides explainable reasoning on the molecular evolution of drug resistance.
