About
I offer a self-contained computational work package for Cluster 1 Health, Cancer Mission, EIC, ERDERA and TRANSCAN proposals, delivered as a discrete work package with defined deliverables and no overlap with experimental or clinical partners.
Offering:
- Causal target identification (incl. Mendelian randomization)
- Neoantigen identification/prioritisation & HLA-aware epitope ranking
- Tumour mutational burden (TMB) panel design
- Structure-based drug discovery: molecular docking, molecular dynamics (GROMACS/AMBER), MM-GBSA, AlphaFold/AlphaFold-Multimer
- Virtual screening, biomarker discovery & patient stratification
- Additional: rare-disease pharmacological chaperones, genome-scale nonsense-readthrough (PERT) mapping, CLDN5/blood-brain-barrier modulation
Background: MD, PhD; 25+ years molecular/clinical genetics; 7+ years computational drug discovery; 26 SCI publications.
Looking for: prospective coordinators plus wet-lab and clinical partners to validate and translate these outputs. As a Widening-country partner I am also eligible for the Horizon Europe Hop-on Facility.
