About
Synergy Effect is a Lithuanian digital innovation and R&D company with more than 10 years of experience participating in national and European Union research and innovation programmes. We have strong expertise in Horizon Europe–related initiatives and applied research projects in healthcare and artificial intelligence
Our core focus in health research is cardiovascular disease prevention and management, with a particular emphasis on arterial hypertension. We have developed and clinically validated CardioCopilot, a remote hypertension monitoring and telemedicine platform (TRL6), implemented together with medical institutions and university cardiologists. The solution enables continuous blood pressure monitoring, patient engagement, risk detection and data-driven decision support for clinicians Hypertension. For partners.
We bring solid experience in:
-
Artificial intelligence and machine-learning solutions for health data processing and risk assessment
-
Telemedicine platforms and remote patient monitoring
-
Cardiovascular data analytics, interoperability and secure data pipelines
-
Applied research and collaboration with clinics, universities and public-sector partners
Synergy Effect is interested in joining international consortia as a technology and research partner in Horizon Europe and related EU programmes, particularly calls focused on:
-
Cardiovascular and heart-vascular disease research
-
Hypertension prevention, monitoring and management
-
AI-based analysis of health and clinical data
-
Multidisciplinary and cross-sectoral health innovation
We are especially interested in participating in Horizon Europe Destination calls, including:
-
HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-11: Understanding sex and/or gender-specific mechanisms of cardiovascular diseases
-
HORIZON-HLTH-2026-01-DISEASE-15: Scaling up innovation in cardiovascular health
We are open to long-term research cooperation, co-development of AI-based health solutions, and contribution to implementation research, data analytics and digital health innovation across Europe.
