About
I. Project Summary & The "Evidence-First" Hook
We are establishing a multisectoral consortium to validate and scale a human-centred work system designed to mitigate psychosocial Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) risks.
Our approach moves beyond traditional efficiency-only models toward Regenerative Workplaces, addressing the systemic misalignment between employee experience and organizational practice.
The project builds on an extensive global database and five successful pilot implementations. Most notably, our longitudinal proof-of-concept demonstrated a transformational impact, reducing chronic absenteeism from 10%+ to 0.3% over 4.5 years. Crucially, this success was achieved within high-density social dialogue frameworks, proving that our methodology secures union-led buy-in and provides a socially sustainable, low-risk foundation for European-wide scaling.
II. Technical Innovation: The AI-Social Gateway
To rigorously scale these findings, we utilize a unique "Social Gateway" partnership with Social Secretaries (Payroll/HR Providers). This enables governed access to large, anonymized longitudinal cohorts, bridging subjective "4D Lean Scan" data (stress, purpose, culture) with objective health markers (absenteeism and turnover).
We employ Explainable AI (XAI) to detect structural risk patterns at the group level. By integrating Generational Value-Mapping (Gen Z to Boomers), the AI identifies how organizational misalignment differs across demographics, allowing for tailored, non-discriminatory interventions.
III. Multisectoral Expertise (The A-Team)
The consortium brings together a balanced value chain:
-
Methodology Lead: 4D Lean (Proven implementation framework).
-
Clinical Lead: Occupational Health & OSH specialists
-
Data Lead: Social Secretaries providing "Real-World" payroll datasets.
-
Technical Engine: Universities for Explainable AI and Applied Statistics
-
Humanities (SSH): Experts in Generational Change and Values Research
-
Social Inclusion: NGOs for psychosocial disability and inclusion
IV. Impact & Scale
Through multi-country pilots in SMEs and Large Enterprises (with a focus on South/East EU), we will deliver an EU-aligned decision-support model. By addressing the "Setting beyond the healthcare system"—the workplace—we provide a proactive, multisectoral solution to Europe's €600 billion mental health challenge by balancing financial reliability (2D) with innovation (3D), care (3D+), and regenerative purpose (4D).
