About
WHO WE ARE
Nightingale is an Israeli healthtech startup developing an agentic AI co-pilot for long-term care (LTC) that coordinates care workflows across healthcare AND non-healthcare settings—exactly what this call seeks.
WHY WE FIT THIS CALL
This call focuses on implementation research BEYOND traditional healthcare systems. Our platform is purpose-built for:
• Home-based care coordination (family caregivers, home health aides)
• Community settings (social services, senior centers)
• Institutional LTC (nursing homes, assisted living)
• Integration with primary care and hospitals
WHAT WE OFFER
1. Multi-agent AI simulation for modeling care pathways across sectors
2. Synthetic patient data generation for privacy-safe implementation research
3. Predictive models for hospitalization, functional decline, and NCD progression
4. Care coordination tools connecting clinical and social care teams
5. FAIR-compliant, EHDS-ready data infrastructure
ALIGNMENT WITH CALL SCOPE
• Focus on underserved elderly populations with chronic NCDs (dementia, diabetes, CVD, COPD)
• Multisectoral approach engaging caregivers, social workers, community health workers
• Sustainability model: SaaS designed for post-project commercial viability
• Equity focus: simulation can model disadvantaged populations without real patient data exposure
WHAT WE SEEK
• LTC facility networks and home-care providers in EU Member States as pilot sites
• Academic partners with expertise in implementation science
• Public health authorities interested in multisectoral NCD management pilots
• Partners in LMICs or widening countries for equity-focused validation
OUR ROLE
Technical partner providing AI/simulation infrastructure. Open to leading work packages on data generation, care pathway modeling, or digital intervention development.
EXPERIENCE
• Active Horizon Europe submission preparation with EU medical university partners
• Consortium-building experience with Polish, German, and Israeli partners
