ELDYcare - AI driven care management solution - seeking partnerships
Head of Partnerships at ELDYcare
Tallinn, Estonia
About
ELDYcare has to main solutions:
-
Long-term care and care homes – supporting carers, nurses, care quality managers, and care facility management in delivering and managing high-quality care
-
Home and community-based care – supporting carers, nurses, social workers, NGOs, and municipalities in delivering coordinated care for people living at their own homes
Both solutions have been co-designed with carers, insurers, municipalities, and social workers, with a strong ecosystem approach embedded in our technological development. We have our own developers, service and usability designers to support user-centric co-design.
ELDYcare improves access, personalisation, and efficiency in health- and care- systems, supports public procurement, value-based care, and is looking into reduction of low-value activities.
ELDYcare is an active partner, can lead WP, tasks, groups and will support project preparation, as well as can bring other ecosystem players as needed to the projects to ensure the project success.
