Prevention of NCDs through the implementation of health-enhancing fitness programs and nutritional support for diverse population groups under chronic stress
professor at National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport (NUUPES)
Kyiv, Ukraine
About
Our well-equipped research laboratories, which include advanced physiological, biochemical, and molecular-diagnostic facilities, enable comprehensive assessment of the functional state, metabolic responses, and adaptive mechanisms of participants. A network of specialized sports gyms and training spaces allows us to implement long-term, health-oriented physical exercise programs of various types and intensities across different population groups. Such combined methodological resources. The scientific and infrastructural capacities and the outstanding scientific proficiency of the research team of our university make it possible to deliver prolonged, targeted health-enhancing fitness interventions, monitor physiological and biochemical markers of adaptation and stress resilience, perform detailed molecular-diagnostic analyses to evaluate early shifts in risk factors for NCDs, assess the effectiveness of integrated exercise and nutritional support strategies in populations exposed to prolonged chronic stress.
