About

DermanHaritası is an early-stage (pre-incorporation) computational drug-discovery and precision-oncology venture based in Istanbul, Türkiye, led by Dr. Cumhur Gökhan Ekmekci (MD, PhD) — an independent researcher with 25+ years in molecular and clinical genetics and 7+ years in computational drug discovery (26 SCI publications).

We build self-contained in-silico pipelines that plug into experimental and clinical consortia as discrete, fully-defined work packages: causal target identification (including Mendelian randomization), neoantigen and TMB-based biomarker design, structure-based drug discovery (molecular docking, molecular dynamics, MM-GBSA, AlphaFold/AlphaFold-Multimer), virtual screening, and patient stratification. Additional expertise spans rare-disease pharmacological chaperones, genome-scale nonsense-readthrough (PERT) feasibility mapping, and CLDN5/blood-brain-barrier modulation.

As a Widening-country partner we are eligible for the Horizon Europe Hop-on Facility and are seeking coordinators plus wet-lab and clinical partners for Cluster 1 Health, Cancer Mission, EIC, ERDERA and TRANSCAN consortia. We offer a ready-to-integrate computational work package and welcome collaboration inquiries.
