Development of Cost-Effective Solar Water Heaters

Green Track is seeking a French technical or industrial partner to cooperate in the development of a cost-effective solar water heater, with a particular focus on improving and reducing the cost of the thermal insulation used in the system.

We are looking for technical expertise and cooperation in identifying, developing or adapting an insulation material capable of operating at temperatures of approximately 90–100°C and pressures up to 10 bar, while meeting appropriate safety and durability requirements and being suitable for applications involving human skin contact.

The objective is to reduce the overall manufacturing cost of solar water heaters without compromising thermal performance, safety, durability or product quality.

A successful solution would allow Green Track to offer more affordable solar water heaters and enter new markets that are currently difficult to access due to the relatively high cost of existing products.

We are interested in technical consultancy, material selection and development, laboratory testing, prototyping, technology transfer and potentially a long-term industrial partnership or joint development project between Egypt and France.

We welcome cooperation with French companies, material manufacturers, research organizations, engineering firms and technology providers with relevant expertise in insulation materials, polymers, composites, thermal systems or solar water heating.
