I am Lukáš Hataš, Chair of the Executive Board of the Hi-Tech Innovation Cluster, Director of the Association for Electromobility of the Czech Republic, and also a founder of Batteree (Chinafree battery systems). I work at the intersection of clean mobility, charging infrastructure, energy systems, technology and mainly building BESS solutions (innovative hybrid solutions).
The Hi-Tech Innovation Cluster connects Czech companies and innovation stakeholders active in ICT and data, renewable energy, energy management and efficiency, sustainable transport and infrastructure. We support cross-sector cooperation and the development and implementation of practical innovation projects.
Under the Hi-tech Innovation Cluster start our project Batteree - which is now Czech technology company developing BESS and a next-generation EMS platform (in progress). We seek R&D partners for open architecture, interoperability, optimisation and testing of large-scale storage integrated with renewables, EV charging and flexible energy assets.
For DUT Call 2026, we are interested in joining or co-developing innovation-oriented consortia, particularly within the 15-minute City or Positive Energy Districts Transition Pathways. We can contribute expertise in electromobility and charging (BESS DS DS mobil solution also), renewable instalations, BESS integration systems (technology solutions), insight into the Czech and Central European market and regulatory context, links to industry and regional stakeholders, stakeholder engagement, project development, communication, dissemination and exploitation.
For upcoming CETPartnership and Horizon Europe projects, we are looking for universities, research and technology organisations, software and control-system specialists, DSOs, aggregators, energy companies and pilot partners interested in jointly developing and demonstrating the solution.
Batteree is a Czech technology company focused on large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), energy management systems (EMS), microgrids and integration of distributed energy resources.
Our ambition is to develop our own modular, interoperable EMS platform and wider energy-management ecosystem for large-scale BESS. The system should enable intelligent control and optimisation of battery storage while integrating photovoltaics, EV charging, smart metering, flexible industrial loads and other energy assets.

We would like to connect with relevant partners, universities and research organisations, mobility and energy providers, SMEs and technology partners developing integrated and scalable solutions for climate-neutral, resilient and inclusive urban areas.
